We all know how stressful work can be from time to time and at Smashtech, we don’t let hard work go unnoticed or unappreciated! Once every month, we like to show our staff our appreciation for all their hard work and dedication to our company by hosting Smash-sponsored group socials! We’ve had quite a few this year but these are 3 of our favorite Smashtech socials!

April: Quartyard, Downtown San Diego

There is always something new to enjoy in San Diego and Smashtech never misses an opportunity to see what all the fuss is about! For our April social we took a short trip to East Village to check out Quartyard, an urban park and event venue constructed from repurposed shipping containers! Our staff was thrilled to discover that this little gem was home to a beer garden, eatery, coffee shop, art venue, and even had a dog park! (We love our pets at Smashtech so this was definitely a bonus!)

May: San Diego Padres at Petco Park

The Smashtech takeover at the San Diego Padres Game in Petco Park was definitely one for the books! All of our wonderful employees enjoyed a night of baseball, food, beers, and fun in our private balcony suite built for kings and queens! And in true Smashtech fashion, there were lots of games and amazing conversions all night long! (oh, and of course, dance contests to see who can get on the jumbotron!)

June: Punch Bowl Social

Back in June, our office took a trip to the hottest new spot in San Diego, Punch Bowl Social! Punch Bowl Social offers fun for adults and children alike, with a great lineup of arcade games, karaoke, food, and even bowling! This place has no shortage of activities and fun so of course, Smashtech had to check it out for ourselves! Nothing but good times, smiles, and a little friendly competition!
